Shipping policy

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders placed through our website(only Germany). Order cancellation is allowed before shipping, followed by a refund within 48 hours. Will usually dispatch within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders will be shipped directly from our German local warehouses. We work with DHL and DPD. The transportation time is 2-5 working days, and it is expected to take 3-7 days to receive the goods. During the holiday period, order processing may be delay.

EU International Shipping: 3-10 working days (DHL customs clearance may cause delays). We will usually dispatch within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment.The transportation time is 2-8 working days, and it is expected to take 3-10 working days to receive the goods.

NOTE: For EU other places (except Germany, an extra delivery fee will be charged( A surcharge of €15 applies to products weight less than 30kg, while a €60 surcharge is imposed for products exceeding 30kg).
